What you’ll do:
- Drive key aspects of financial planning and analysis for the organization, proactively analyzing business performance and key performance KPIs to provide forward looking and insightful financial support to the senior management
- Lead and coordinate the monthly / quarterly financial performance review process with regional and global senior management team;
- Be the process owner for quarterly rolling forecast, annually target setting, and 3 year strategic planning process for commercial organizations within G.China;
- Perform general ad hoc analysis of financial and operational data for trends and variances and provide continuous assistance in evaluation and automation of financial reporting, modeling and process using digital tool and mind set
- Manage at least 2 continuous improvement projects with both regional and global teams annually;
Your qualifications:
- BS in Finance, MBA or CAP/chatter accountant a plus
- 7 -10 years accounting & finance working experience (5 years + in FP&A)
- Exceptional analytical and data modeling skills; experience applying these skills to improve operational performance is a plus;
- Detail oriented, with a desire to understand every aspect of the business and independently identify and pursue improvement opportunities;
- Team player and also potential to lead and set example within the team;
- Ability to interact with senior executives and management team
