Where are you?

Welcome to your future team. As Procurement Administrator (employee) you will become an indispensable link in our Procurement Team headed by Bart Van Erps, that belongs to our Finance Department headed by Raf Goos.

What you’ll be doing

  • Your main responsibility is to carry out the procurement administration process and make sure the procurement administration is up to date.
  • Purchase Order follow up, from creation to payment
  • Initiate and follow up the financial approval flow
  • Reviewing supplier invoices and processing the Goods Receipts
  • Validating supplier invoices based on approved Timesheets
  • Handling the internal document and contract signing process
  • Initiating the onboarding process for external workforce
  • Follow up on contract renewals
  • Handle invoice discrepancies with suppliers
  • Document Archiving
  • Look for continued optimization of operational procurement activities.
  • Respond to the ad-hoc needs of the internal customers

  • Communication skills (Trilingual) Dutch - English - French.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
  • Previous experience is not a must but could be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of MS 365 F&O is not a must but could be advantageous.
